The 2009 Carroll Park Kids' Music Series begins Sunday, June 14 in Brooklyn with a set of bluegrass tunes from Carroll Park's own Astrograss. Brooklyn's AudraRox brings her brand of rock and roll to Carroll Gardens in mid-July, while Starfish travel over from Maplewood, New Jersey in late July with some head-bangin' tunes for tots (think Bon Jovi for kids!). The series concludes in August with a world music celebration from Putumayo Kids, featuring Jay Mankita.
