nullFall is here, and what better way to celebrate the change in seasons than with music and song! Singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist John McCutcheon has released over 30 albums of grownup and family music, including a four-CD suite of season-related tunes for kids and their parents. Autumnsongs, a great collection of Fall songs for kids, was issued on Rounder Records in 1998 and was nominated for a GRAMMY the same year.

Autumnsongs pays musical tribute to the new school year, Fall, the World Series, Halloween, camping, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving, among other Fall-specific subjects. Most of the tunes on Autumnsongs were co-written with fellow contemporary folk musician Si Kahn, and McCutcheon's warm, inviting style will remind you most of Bruce Cockburn or Gordon Lightfoot. Check out John McCutcheon's collection of Autumn songs for kids, Autumnsongs!
