The newest kids music CDs to be released include Jim Brickman and LazyTown. The Very Best of Peter, Paul & Mary may not sound new, but it's a new compilation of their best and best-selling songs. As we near the holiday season, several of the newest releases involve Christmas music for kid. Disney makes several entries on the 'Best New Releases in Kids Music' list, as well as Ralph's World, the rock group that has transformed themselves to cater to childrens music.
1. Lazy Town CD

The album received high ratings from both parents and children.4. The Very Best of Peter, Paul & Mary

Just imagine the close harmony of Hilary and Haylie Duff in a remake of "The Siamese Cat Song" with techno flavor.7. Ralph's World - Green Gorilla, Monster & Me
Released in August 2005, this CD features Ralph's World with some of their best songs yet. Ralph and friends were actually rockers of the 90s who found their real audience in the children of the 00s. From the remake of the Ray Stephens' classic "Gitarzan", to the toddler inspired "I Don't Wanna" and "Yum! Yuk!", the album is destined to be a hit with kids and parents alike.8. Released in September 2005, this CD features a good mix of classic Christmas songs and characteristic Veggie Tales silliness. The story centers around auditions to be the 'Star' at the top of the living Christmas tree. It ends with the Veggies coming together to find the true meaning of Christmas. Just remember that although Veggie voices are not always melodic, they are always fun. The final track is a bonus song, "It's About Love" by Wynonna Judd.10. Scat Like That: A Musical Word Odyssey
"Hey diddle diddle, the cat and the fiddle, words on the griddle with a riddle in the middle."Scat Like That: A Musical Word Odyssey by Cathy Fink & Marcy Marxer was released in September, 2005.
